Harper is not walking independently yet. I know a lot of parents would say "Enjoy it while it lasts, once they walk your life changes completely." I get that. It's absolutely true. I know my life will be completely different. One of the biggest changes..Harper's pants will no longer look like this:
I can't wait for her to walk so I don't have to stain stick or even throw out perfectly good pairs of pants.

I guess I don't get the whole "once they start walking it's all over" comments. To me, being mobile is being mobile. Crawling. Scooting. Walking. If they can get around, they can get into trouble.
As for clean pants. I've come to the conclusion I'm going to be dealing with dirt and grass stains from now until the end of time. It's the moment he eats with a spoon that I'll be rejoicing! Oh, and all the spitting up and drool business stopping will help too. I think my son has toxic spit. Stains everything!
Oh man - I thought of this yesterday! A good soak in Oxiclean seems to get most of out stains out. Sometime I heat a scoop up with a little water in a tall big glass in the microwave and pour it over the stain and soak.... that gets out the toughies.
