I haven't posted my weekly weigh-ins for two weeks. I have been stricken with this horrible cold that renders me breathless when I climb the stairs. The mere thought of going to the gym wears me out. I have been keeping up with my healthy eating, so hopefully things haven't gotten too out of hand. If anything, the cold curbs my appetite, so I'm not constantly craving something to snack on.
I hope (fingers crossed) to be back in the gym starting next Monday. I will post my weekly weigh-in then and I'll be back on track.
**I have to admit, I have missed my spinning class. Who knew torture could be so much fun.**
