We fight a huge battle with our middle schoolers keeping their germs to themselves. We showed this really funny video the other morning to help encourage proper cough and sneeze etiquette. It's worth watching the full 5 minutes.

The best part is how the kids started rating each other's coughs and sneezes after the video. I was awarded a perfect 10 just this morning. :)

I'm a big fan of sneezing into your sleeve or into your shoulder. It gets a bit messy when you have a cold though. :)
Can I tell you how much sneezing and coughing in public freaks me out? I'm serious. I know sometimes it can't be helped, but still. Gross.
