This weekend the hubby and I, along with my Aunt, travelled to Cincinnati for the Western and Southern Financial tennis tournament. Tennis has kind of become a new enjoyment for me. I've watched a few matches over the summer, and thought it would be fun to go see one live. I was really hoping Andy Roddick would make it to the semi-finals for two reasons. 1.) He has an amazing serve I want to see in person and 2.) he's H-O-T!!!
Well, he got ousted early in the tournament. So I was left to cheer for a second Andy, Andy Murray. The reason here, I just don't like Roger Federer. I think it's the way he wears his headband, so his hair falls in his face and he brushes it away all the time. Anyway, I was definitely in the minority at the stadium. The first set was a disaster, Federer won 6-2. The second set went to a tie-break, but Murray just couldn't keep control of his serves, and lost. It was a very enjoyable experience, definitely something I'm glad I can check off my list of things to do before I die.

Clearly I need to start watching more tennis!
How could you not cheer for Federer! I have no idea why, but I love him!
