I had Monday and Tuesday off for President's day and conference comp day. Monday she played at daycare while I shopped...(mommy needs a day off). Then Tuesday we spent the day playing. We started out putting on hats..."thee hats" to be exact.
Then we headed to Recreations Outlet for some indoor play fun. She spent about an hour jumping on the trampoline.
She also got in some, basketball, car driving, sliding and swinging.
I dropped her off for lunch and nap at daycare so I could hit the gym and the post office. Well, they called me after she woke up from her nap and said she had a fever. So I picked her up and brought her home. She seemed fine, and her fever went down after about an hour. With the no fever for 24 hours rule, however, I had to keep her home Wednesday. So we go to hang out and play again.
That afternoon her fever spiked back up really fast, topping out at one point at 104. Then she started breathing really fast like she was having trouble breathing. So off to urgent care we rushed where we received a diagnosis of RSV and Bronchiolitis. Lovely. Treatment consisted of frequent doses of ibuprofen and some albuterol breathing treatments.
She was such a trooper, and in fact I think she grew to like her breathing treatments because that meant we let her sit and watch T.V.
After a crazy week, but very relaxing weekend, we were all back to work and daycare today, feeling much better.
No more bad weeks please! Spring is almost here.

Oh man... that is crappy. Glad she is all better. Missed you guys while you were off - Eva just got over croup and then I was sick.
Wow she looks so grown up sitting there holding her own mask! Jamie is still completely uninterested in TV. Does it make me a bad mom that I actually look forward to the day he will sit for even 10 minutes and watch cartoons!
Oh my goodness. That had to have been scary. Yay for her feling better now.
